When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, the services you're interested in, scheduling preferences, and any notes you add. We only collect what you choose to send us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver cleaning services, and follow up about your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages: Cleaning Paradise Notifications

Cleaning Paradise LLC collects your mobile number and your affirmative SMS consent to send automated service messages about booking confirmations, visit reminders, invoices, invoice reminders and payment receipts. We retain the consent response and available records of when and how you agreed, including the disclosure version. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

Message frequency varies with your cleaning services and billing activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help or call or text (425) 610-0241. Reply STOP to opt out.

We never sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your text-message opt-in and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Everything else this policy says about sharing information excludes them.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies — for example, to remember whether you've turned on background music. These are not used for advertising. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Data retention & security

Lead information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect it.
